Payment is due according to the policies established by Waist'd Wellness. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Clients are responsible for all fees associated with the services they receive unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Waist'd Wellness reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
8. Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate and after evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed. Clients are responsible for taking medications exactly as directed and reporting any side effects or concerns to their healthcare provider.
